What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check in any time after 3 pm. Check out time is 11 am.

Is there a curfew?

No. But we close the main entrance of the annex from 10 pm to 6 am for security. Please inform us in advance if you will arrive at night.

How much do you charge for cancellations?

We charge one of the following percentages of the total price of accommodation as a cancellation fee.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. Payment is accepted by VISA, JCB, Mastercard, UFJ, AMEX, DC, UC and Diners Club.

Is there an ATM in the hotel?

No, there is not.

Do you provide internet access?

Yes. Wi-Fi access is provided in the following areas.

Area	Main/annex lobbies, main/annex guest rooms, cottage, Shop Belnatio, Karaoke rooms, Kid’s rooms and nursing rooms, Mahjong rooms, Steak Dining Iris, Lobby Lounge Paese, Nozze, Japanese Restaurant Buna, Yukitsubaki, Kiri, Mansaku, Yama Tsutsuji, Kaede, Dining Room Cosmos, Fioria, Golf Start Terrace, Verde, Forum Center (Arena, Multipurpose room, Soba restaurant Atema).

What amenities do you provide in guest rooms?

We provide the following amenities in guest rooms. Other amenities are available at the front desk in the main building.

Note: There is no chopping board, kitchen knife or frying pan.

Is there a laundromat?

A free laundromat is available beside the public bath in the main building. Detergent is sold at vending machines for JPY 50 including tax.

Do you rent videos and DVDs?

No, but VOD (video on demand) is available in all guest rooms.

Is there a refrigerator in each guest room?

Yes. Each guest room has a refrigerator and drinks can be purchased at the hotel shop and vending machines.

Is there any public transport other than the shuttle bus?

No, but we can call a taxi for you at the front desk.
